What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Inclusions might differ based on the type of service – for instance, sunset tours include upscale appetizers while business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate dining options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking 2–3 weeks prior is advisable to secure your spot, especially between May–September which is the busy period. For business gatherings and special events, reserve 4–6 weeks earlier to assure better selection and time for personalization.
What occurs if the weather is bad?
Our primary concern is safety. Should the captain judge weather conditions as dangerous, we'll propose an alternate charter date or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you if potential issues arise 24 hours before the trip.
Am I able to bring my own refreshments and food?
Guests are encouraged to bring their preferred refreshments and food. We also provide customized catering services and can tailor menus to suit your taste. Note that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Is there accessibility on your yachts for people with mobility issues?
We aim to accommodate all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. Discuss your specific needs with us when reserving, and we'll suggest an appropriate yacht along with the necessary arrangements.
What are the conditions of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are completely refundable. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure are half-refundable. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window will not be refunded, except when due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
